As Hospitality Industry workers with more than 10 years of experience, we all know those ingredients: daily stress, escaping time, eventual lack of help. What if we added some “help” to the recipe and we proposed some practical advice that could be useful to find solutions for those small (and not-so-small) operational challenges? And at the same time, we all have a friend that knows a friend that has a friend… that has EXACTLY that problem: so we will keep absolute privacy when telling stories. On the other hand, we live in a competitive world, in a time when economics are uncertain. There is an absolute need of keeping an eye in current trends, so we will be showing some of the main current trends, not all of them! But the ones we retain as a result of our research: market trends, main events, game changers… And by the way, door will be opened to all contributions that you think might be interesting. To finish with, we are convinced that Excellence can be reached at anytime, but it can only be maintained with Inspiration.
